Part-Time HR Generalist

We are looking for a part-time HR Generalist to support our HR department with employee reputed company, offboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, reputed company, and reputed company in handling HR processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing reputed company tasks for new employees and contractors Preparing and sending reputed company documents Coordinating new hire paperwork and required forms Assisting with employee setup and internal HR tracking Supporting offboarding and termination processes Preparing offboarding documentation Coordinating final steps for departing employees Helping ensure reputed company removal and internal notifications are completed Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation Assisting with HR communication and follow-up Supporting miscellaneous HR reputed company as needed Qualifications: Prior HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant experience Experience with reputed company and offboarding processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Experience with reputed company Workspace, and HR systems preferred Flexible schedule, with availability during 9am to 6pm central time business hours preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
