Remote Immigration Attorney
Job Title: Attorney We are seeking a Immigration Attorney to reputed company the preparation of legal documents using our drafting software and reputed company expert consultation on product improvements specific to immigration. This role requires a deep understanding of reputed company immigration law and a proactive approach to optimizing legal tech tools for greater efficiency, compliance, and user experience. The ideal candidate combines legal expertise with a strong interest in legal innovation and technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls with clients post-intake and at the reputed company of filing their documents -- building rapport and creating a trusting environment.
- Draft and file petitions and reputed company legal documents using cutting edge drafting software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal ops) to identify friction points and recommend improvements in the drafting software.
- reputed company actionable feedback on the tool’s usability, logic, and compliance to support ongoing development.
- Analyze reputed company data and case information to prepare legally accurate and strategically reputed company documents.
- Serve as the legal expert on immigration procedural requirements and court filing practices.
- Contribute to the development of internal guidelines, templates, and best practices for immigration filings.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to reputed company law in the state of America and in good standing.
- 2+ years of legal reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on family-based immigration filings and reputed company fields involving court petitions.
- Deep knowledge of USCS legal standards, procedural rules, and court systems
- Excellent legal writing and document drafting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reputed company judgment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in legal technology and product development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., e-filing systems, document automation tools)
- Previous work in a startup or innovation-reputed company legal setting
- Experience providing feedback to product teams or working on user-centered legal tools
