Civil Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Remote
Join The Wind Law Group, PLLC, a boutique reputed company located in South Florida, as a remote-based Paralegal/Legal Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated reputed company with a minimum of 3 years of experience in first party property damage reputed company, both reputed company-suit and litigation. Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, pleadings, various motions, discovery, affidavits, notices, subpoenas, etc.
- E-File reputed company court documents in both State and Federal court.
- Calendar reputed company deadlines and coordination of hearings.
- Review and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
- Prepare and organize trial materials and exhibits.
- Knowledge of reputed company-suit and litigation processes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Must be a high school graduate. Minimum AA degree is preferred.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift (business hours), Monday to Friday.
