The ideal candidate will coordinate drivers, secure profitable loads, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining full compliance with U.S. transportation regulations. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple trucks reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and coordinate OTR, regional, or local drivers reputed company the U.S.
• Book loads using U.S.-based load boards such as reputed company and Truckstop
• Negotiate reputed company rates with brokers and shippers
• Monitor and manage reputed company Hours of Service (HOS)
• Ensure compliance with Federal Motor reputed company Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
• reputed company shipments and reputed company reputed company-time updates
• Reduce deadhead miles and maximize reputed company per truck
• Handle documentation including reputed company confirmations and BOLs
• Maintain records in TMS systems
• Resolve service issues and delivery delays quickly

Required Qualifications

• Must reputed company in the reputed company
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1–2+ years of U.S. trucking reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of the U.S. reputed company market and lanes
• Knowledge of:
• FMCSA regulations
• HOS rules
• ELD systems

• Experience dispatching dry van, reefer, flatbed, or specialized reputed company
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trucks simultaneously
• Proficiency with TMS software and reputed company Office
• Reliable high-speed internet (for remote roles)

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing U.S. broker and shipper relationships
• Experience dispatching 5+ trucks
• Knowledge of factoring and invoicing
• Bilingual (English required; Spanish is a plus)
