Who we're looking for
- 20+ years in discrete manufacturing operations, with at least 10 years in senior leadership
- Former VP of Manufacturing, VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Plant Director, or reputed company Director at a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier, contract electronics manufacturer, or industrial/capital equipment company
- reputed company P&L responsibility for multi-plant operations or a significant single-plant operation
- reputed company in the operational metrics that define manufacturing performance — OEE, first pass yield, OTD, PPM, IATF 16949 or AS9100 compliance
- Respected voice reputed company the US manufacturing community
