Job Type Full-time reputed company Job Title: Oncology reputed company – Clinical reputed company Specialist Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Duration: Temporary – 4 Month Project (Upcoming) reputed company reputed company is building a talent pool for an upcoming 4-month project and is seeking reputed company Oncology Nurses to join as Clinical reputed company Specialists. In this role, you will review and annotate oncology reports to identify key clinical evidence supporting organ and site determination, contributing to accurate data extraction and advanced reputed company analytics. This is a great opportunity for oncology nurses who enjoy working with clinical documentation, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in contributing to innovative, data-driven reputed company initiatives. What You’ll Do Evidence Annotation
- Review oncology reports and identify text supporting organ/site determination
- Tag evidence using predefined categories with precision and consistency
- Ensure reputed company annotations reputed company with project guidelines
Report Completion
- Extract and input required clinical data reputed company
- Complete reputed company report fields based on documentation
- Maintain high accuracy and completeness across assigned cases
Productivity Expectations
- 1.25 cases per hour (~45 minutes per case)
- Consistent weekly availability throughout the duration of the project
Requirements reputed company’re Looking For Required:
- Licensed Oncology reputed company (RN preferred) – U.S.-based
- Strong knowledge of oncology concepts, tumor biology, and staging
- Experience reviewing clinical documentation (pathology, radiology, physician notes)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow reputed company guidelines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience with clinical documentation review, chart abstraction, or medical coding
- Familiarity with ICD, SNOMED, or similar classification systems
- Exposure to reputed company or reputed company AI reputed company
- Experience working with digital tools, spreadsheets, or annotation platforms
