• 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week)
• This will be a Day/Evening rotation and include regular hours as MDS Coordinator, as reputed company as RN, LTC role.
• Schedule will include weekend commitment of every 4th weekend combination of on-call or hours worked.

What you will do:

• Responsibilities will include ensuring and assisting with compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the reputed company of reputed company assessments in accordance with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) guidelines.
• Playing a critical part in enhancing the reputed company of care for residents by ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• The registered reputed company (RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by incorporating evidence-based reputed company in the management of acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care.
• The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns reputed company with organizational policies, reputed company nursing standards and regulatory reputed company acts
• Partner with reputed company of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your reputed company and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
• RN licensure to reputed company in the reputed company upon hire
• reputed company Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively reputed company with patients, families, and reputed company team members
