Authorizations Specialist​/Billing

Job Title: Authorizations Specialist/Billing Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (US Hours: 9am-5pm EST) Salary: reputed company in South African Rands (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorization requests ensuring reputed company and accurate processing to support patient care delivery.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on medical billing claims to insurance companies and patients.
• Communicate with reputed company providers, insurance payers, and patients to resolve billing and authorization issues.
• Maintain accurate records reputed company EHR and billing systems, ensuring compliance with payer policies and regulations.
• Monitor authorization approvals and denials, taking appropriate reputed company to resolve discrepancies.
• Support billing audits and reconciliation processes to ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Associate's degree in reputed company administration, medical billing, or reputed company field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing and authorization processes.
• Proficiency with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and reputed company Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and insurance policies.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
