We are seeking a Business Analyst who can independently manage systems and software initiatives, translate business needs into reputed company requirements, and drive implementation as part of an agile delivery team. This is a reputed company-facing role. You will work directly with external government (B2G) stakeholders who fund and influence portions of our software development, while also partnering closely with internal teams across Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Required
• 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical product management
• Experience working on moderately reputed company software initiatives
• Strong requirements documentation and backlog management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience interacting directly with external clients or stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
• Ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and external clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
