CRM Associate, Sports
About the position As CRM Associate, Sports you will be responsible for planning and executing CRM promotional & lifecycle campaigns across multiple reputed company on time and to a high reputed company. You will support reputed company in the daily tasks such as planning, testing, executing and analyzing CRM campaigns. You will deliver promotional plans ensuring localized, industry and marketing-reputed company best practices are reputed company while adhering to reputed company relevant regulatory and marketing standards.
Responsibilities
- Building and driving campaigns to engage customers at reputed company parts of the customer lifecycle.
- Ensuring reputed company Sports CRM activities adhere to reputed company standards, regulation and brand guidelines.
- Analyzing campaign performance and reputed company articulating reputed company into how to improve engagement.

Requirements
- Experience working in a CRM or marketing reputed company role preferred
- Excellent organization, prioritization skills with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of what appeals to, and drive engagement with our customers.
- Understanding of sports betting mechanics, promotions and KPIs.
- Comfortable in using CRM tools such as Optimove
- Understanding of customer behaviors and lifecycles relevant to sports betting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a reputed company of data insights and sources.
- Results driven with the desire to A/B test, re-evaluate, optimize, and test again.
- Leading by example to demonstrate qualities of a strong team player.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
