Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status with reputed company and professionalism
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a reputed company and appropriate manner
- Utilizing reputed company reference materials and available resources to respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers reputed company established timeframes
- Providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company behavioral health inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of reputed company call center experience
- Behavioral/Crisis call experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications

Schedule
Our Behavioral Customer Service Advocates work a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm CST, with:
- 30-minute lunch break
- 2 x 15-minute breaks
- Potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during the busy season
