We're looking for an reputed company IVR Chatbot Developer to join reputed company on a long-term contract reputed company with a major financial reputed company. As an IVR Chatbot Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent, multichannel self-service solutions using reputed company reputed company CX Architect. You'll work closely with reputed company to deliver high-reputed company solutions that meet the reputed company's requirements and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As an IVR Chatbot Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and reputed company-Channel Orchestration Routing solutions on reputed company reputed company CX.
• Developing Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications using reputed company reputed company CX Architect.
• Ensuring thorough understanding of reputed company reputed company and Integration with reputed company components.
• Delivering Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Functional and hands-on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications solutioning using reputed company reputed company CX Architect.

• Delivery credentials for Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
