As a key member of our Ken Garff Listening Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.

• Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment, providing reputed company and concise communication throughout the process.

• Establish and maintain great customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.
