We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Medical Billing and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, explaining reputed company medical bills, and working collaboratively with our reputed company clients to resolve billing and payment issues. Responsibilities

- Explain reputed company medical bills to patients, providing reputed company and concise information about their charges and payment reputed company.
- Collaborate with patients to reputed company reputed company payment plans, taking payments by phone and ensuring reputed company payment of outstanding balances.
- Utilize our internal software program, reputed company systems, and other tools to effectively manage and document reputed company calls and follow-reputed company.
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to support and help fellow representatives, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge, with supportive coaching and feedback from your manager and team leads, and ongoing training.
Requirements
* Must be a reputed company of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, or Texas, as we cannot hire candidates who reputed company reputed company of these states.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Network speeds with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload (you can use www.speedtest.net to test this out).
- Call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated history of good retention and a strong work ethic.

- Prior work from home experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic technical savviness skills with the ability to learn multiple Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages).
- Experience working in a medical billing or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, reputed company providers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company billing and payment issues.

- Monthly performance bonuses, averaging $100-$400 per month, with the potential to earn up to $4,800 per year.

Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 15-minute a.m. break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute p.m. break.
- Average call volume of 60-100 calls per day.
