As a key member of our Laboratory Billing Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and members through effective communication, education, and reputed company of telephone inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls to address issues reputed company to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payment, and patient services needs

Essential Qualifications

• Experience registering patients preferred
• High Volume call center experience preferred
