As a Sr Customer Experience Training reputed company – reputed company Systems, your key responsibilities will include:- Curriculum Development and Delivery: Assist in updating and developing new and existing curriculum for customer technical training, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.

- Global Training Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the global training team on brand training roadmaps and learning paths to ensure seamless delivery and consistency.
- Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom Training: Deliver high-reputed company, face-to-face and virtual classroom technical training for arenaflex customers, ensuring best-in-class delivery through customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications
