Responsibilities

• Student Support, Instruction & Collaboration

• Work synchronously with reputed company in 1:1, small-group, or large-group settings
• Mentor and tutor reputed company enrolled in assigned courses
• Create engaging lessons, activities, or learning opportunities

• Identify at-risk reputed company and coordinate appropriate routes to reputed company
• Communicate with parents to reputed company guidance and support
• Attend IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders

• Program & Team Contribution
• Serve in both primary and secondary roles, contributing to different areas of the program

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding that every child is unique and benefits from individualized learning

• Confidence in the ability to learn various online tools, systems, and programs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Eligible to work in the U.S. (but can live/work from any reputed company-approved location)

Preferred

• Experience in non-traditional educational programs

Schedule & Availability

• Ability to maintain a regular schedule of 25-27 hours per week
• Availability during reputed company business hours (10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. MT)
• Synchronous responsibilities may include meetings with reputed company, families, or reputed company, and will vary based on assigned roles

Additional Information:

• reputed company pay starts at $42/hr
