Strategic Sourcing, Manager - Community Support (Contact Center)

• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into sourcing strategies and negotiation plans.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, manage RFPs, select suppliers, and reputed company reputed company contract negotiations.

• Apply AI tools and automation to streamline analysis, supplier management, and contract workflows.
