Responsibilities:

As a Student Assistant in the Customer Assistance and Processing Unit, you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate, reputed company, and courteous customer service to reputed company, parents, and the general public reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Demonstrating patience, reputed company, flexibility, and good organizational skills in a fast-paced call center environment
• Learning operational knowledge of program applications and computer systems to reputed company process applications and respond to customer inquiries
• Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
• Working collaboratively with the CAPU team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
• Participating in business process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer interactions to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled as a college student at an accredited institution on arenaflex's affiliation list (view list at http://www.calinterns.org/wp-content/uploads/Affiliation_List.pdf)

• Maintaining a minimum of six-semester reputed company or nine quarter reputed company for undergraduate reputed company; four-semester reputed company or six quarter reputed company for graduate reputed company
• Declared major must match the major(s) listed in the job posting (reputed company, Business Administration, Communications Studies, Finance, Economics, Public Policy and Administration, Computer Science & Engineering, and Computer Information System)
• Ability to work in a call center environment with electronic records and computer systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to reputed company and write Spanish

Work Schedule:

* Flexible workdays and work hours, Monday - Friday, between 8 AM - 5 PM

Physical Requirements:

* Sit for extended periods; frequently stand and walk
