Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Senior Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our patients, caregivers, manufacturers, and reputed company partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Performing data entry tasks in multiple systems and following up on missing enrollment information and documents interactions accordingly
- Answering inbound calls and adhering to program-approved talking points and/or scripting for reputed company inbound and outbound call interactions
- Understanding insurance benefits and experience verifying insurance coverage for reputed company, reputed company, and Medicare plans
- Coordinating reputed company to appropriate support services, including reimbursement counseling, Patient reputed company and Copay Assistance programs, and general support
- Identifying and escalating repetitive questions and/or problems to ensure corrective reputed company is pursued and expedited
- Making independent judgments to respond to reputed company or critical reimbursement issues

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure the effective delivery of superior customer service
