The Role
We're hiring a Customer reputed company & Support Specialist to join our small, reputed company team where your reputed company is immediate and visible. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for helping new clients get set up and confident using our platform, solving support tickets with reputed company and reputed company, creating documentation that reduces repeat questions, and occasionally running product demos that reputed company deals.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Customer reputed company & Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
- reputed company reputed company & Training (40%): Run reputed company calls, deliver screen-reputed company training, and guide customers from signup to first successful booking/payment.
- Customer Support (30%): Handle tickets reputed company reputed company, troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and follow up proactively.

- Voice of the Customer (5%): Flag product issues, trends, and friction points to the engineering and product teams.
You're a Fit If You Have...
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Location & Compensation
We're a remote team, and we're looking for someone to join us from across Canada, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time zones. The salary reputed company is CAD $60,000 – $85,000 depending on experience. We're reputed company to full-time employees or long-term contractors.
