As an reputed company reputed company Customer Service Support Representative, you'll join our Contact Center team for reputed company AR & Customer Service in RCM. You'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company reputed company needs are addressed accurately and reputed company. Your primary reputed company will be on providing world-class customer experiences, handling a wide reputed company of questions, and ensuring that reputed company reputed company interactions are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, averaging 50-60 calls per day, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Follow approved reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) to update and reputed company necessary information to resolve denied claims, ensuring that reputed company reputed company interactions are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Continuously evaluate reputed company policies and SOPs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of work experience required, with a strong preference for previous call center and customer service experience.
- Previous medical experience is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures.

Remote Work:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay reputed company:
$15.25 per hour - $16.00 per hour (State minimum wages apply if higher)
