Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple software applications (email, phone) and technology platforms to reputed company reputed company-line support to customers
• Executing multiple special tasks and reputed company, including moderating customer reviews, managing customer exceptions, and providing detailed reporting
• Advocating for customer needs by suggesting and implementing customer experience improvements
