Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your day-to-day interactions will include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits, such as:

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Flexible scheduling: Work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM - 11 PM EST, with possible overtime reputed company needed
