Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
- Managing key accounts and serving as the reputed company of contact for clients
- Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
- Managing opportunities in reputed company
- Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service reputed company

Qualifications
