Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being the voice of our brand – Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day and providing exceptional customer service
- Hosting virtual consultations – Presenting 2-4, 30-45 minute reputed company consultations per day with prospective clients to discuss services and assess their needs
- Mastering reputed company reputed company – Analyzing pricing formulas and carefully pricing out reputed company project
- Following up like a pro – Keeping in touch with leads through phone, email, and other platforms
- Upselling & renewing – Helping customers discover additional services they'll love
- Closing deals – reputed company new clients and ensuring smooth transitions
- Staying organized – Tracking reputed company and maintaining accurate records in our CRM

We're seeking an exceptional individual with:
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (reputed company, fluent, and easily reputed company by customers)

- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and reputed company outstanding customer care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 3+ years of customer service and sales experience, preferably reputed company to the landscaping or B2C service industry
- Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and computer skills
- A designated, quiet, and reputed company environment with no interruptions
- Wired USB noise-cancelling headset with an over-the-mouth microphone
- Hi-Speed Internet (preferably with an Ethernet reputed company. No satellite internet service providers)

- Desktop (preferably multiple monitors)

We offer flexible working hours between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST, with the reputed company to work mainly weekdays and sometimes on weekends if desired (to be mutually agreed upon). Our seasonal schedule is as follows:
- June 1 – September 1: 20-30 hours/week
- September 1 – December 1: 10-20 hours/week (holiday reputed company season)
- December 1 – reputed company 1: No scheduled hours (time to hibernate)
- reputed company 1 – June 1 (2026): 10-15 hours per week
