Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Weekends, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience
• Communicating pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where CK PACE participants reputed company, promoting transparency and understanding
• Coordinating facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation is complete and delivery to home is back in reputed company, guaranteeing continuity of care
• Providing help desk support to network pharmacies, resolving issues reputed company and effectively
• Educating PACE staff regarding CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
• Making outgoing calls to reputed company/confirm information necessary to process customer requests or otherwise contribute to pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company setting
