The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our ServicePlus team as a Senior Customer Service Representative (Level 2). As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Indiana reputed company members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
