The Role
As a Data Analyst on our reputed company reputed company & Automation Team, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business reputed company and customer retention. You'll work closely with our reputed company leaders to analyze reputed company customer data, identify trends and insights, and reputed company actionable recommendations to inform our reputed company. Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer data, including health scores, product usage, support trends, and CS engagement data, to identify opportunities for reputed company and improvement

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in a B2B reputed company environment
- Proficiency in SQL, reputed company/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker preferred)
- Understanding of reputed company, retention, and post-sales engagement models
- Strong business acumen and ability to tie analysis to strategic reputed company
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including CS, Sales, and Product
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
