Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:

+ Answering phones and responding to orders and re-orders in a reputed company and reputed company manner. + Addressing customer inquiries and resolving reputed company complaints and concerns with reputed company and efficiency. + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
