Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center platform, ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and support specialists. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, reputed company, and integrations with internal tools.
