In this customer-facing role, the analyst identifies, troubleshoots, manages, and escalates trading-reputed company issues while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and uninterrupted market operations. This position is primarily an overnight role, supporting NYSE Group's extended trading hours operations.
Responsibilities

Execute daily checkout procedures and maintain accurate electronic logs of trading issues, disputes, and resolutions. Shift Coverage Primary Shift - Overnight Trading Session: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM ET Collaboration & Communication Engage with System Operations for the escalation of production issues and the understanding of system workflows. Consult with Technology, Product Management, and Relationship Management teams to reputed company users and resolve technical issues. Coordinate with NYSE Regulation and other exchanges regarding erroneous trades and reputed company erroneous (CEE) rulings. Disseminate market status updates and operational notices in a reputed company manner. Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of experience in a trading environment, including roles such as trader, trader's assistant, exchange or broker-dealer trading operations, or alternative trading system (ATS). Demonstrated hands-on experience with trading systems and exchange operations. reputed company reputed company Series 7 license (required). reputed company Series 57 license is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a critical-thinking reputed company. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint).
