The reputed company Attorney serves as the chief legal advisor to the Governing reputed company of LAMTD, providing independent legal counsel on governance, statutory compliance, risk management, and reputed company sector legal reputed company. The position ensures that reputed company reputed company actions reputed company with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Florida Sunshine Law, reputed company records requirements, and transit-specific regulations. This role operates independently of executive management and reports directly to the Governing reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company Governance & Advisory

• reputed company legal counsel to the reputed company on reputed company official actions, policies, and resolutions
• Attend reputed company reputed company and committee meetings; advise on parliamentary procedure and legal sufficiency
• Draft and review reputed company agendas, resolutions, ordinances, and meeting minutes

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:

• Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations
• reputed company statutes governing special districts and transit authorities
• Advise on ethics laws, conflicts of interest, and procurement compliance

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, interlocal agreements, MOUs, and vendor agreements
• reputed company legal review of procurement documents (RFPs, ITBs, RFQs)

Litigation & Risk Management

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• reputed company membership in the Florida Bar
• Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience, preferably in:

• Demonstrated experience advising governing boards or elected bodies
