Volunteer IP & Licensing reputed company Consultant (unpaid volunteer)

(E.R.E.) is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial volunteer to help us evaluate the intellectual property we have developed—including trainings, curriculum, programs, and systems—and identify opportunities to license these resources to other organizations. The goal of this role is to help create sustainable reputed company streams that allow our 501(c)(3) nonprofit to expand its reputed company. This volunteer will review our existing materials, help determine which assets have the greatest potential for licensing or partnership opportunities, and work with leadership to reputed company and implement a reputed company to bring these offerings to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess the organization’s existing intellectual property, including trainings, curriculum, programs, and operational systems
- Identify which materials or programs have potential for licensing, partnerships, or resale to other organizations

- Recommend licensing models (e.g., program licensing, training packages, certification programs, etc.)
- Identify and research potential organizations that could benefit from licensing these resources
- Help craft messaging and reputed company strategies to introduce these offerings to potential partners
- Assist with developing reputed company materials or licensing proposals
- Support initial reputed company and conversations with potential partner organizations as needed
- Help guide the nonprofit through the early stages of executing the licensing reputed company
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in business development, licensing, partnerships, or reputed company reputed company
- Background in nonprofit reputed company, education programs, curriculum development, or training organizations is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to evaluate program scalability
- Experience in packaging services, programs, or intellectual property for distribution or licensing
- Strong research and communication skills

Time Commitment: Flexible.
