Position: Study Abroad, Admissions Advisor Reports to: Manager, Strategic Partners Department: Institutional Relations Location: Remote - reputed company or Maryland reputed company: 2611 Apply What you’ll do: - Serve as an admissions expert, advising reputed company on appropriate reputed company programs based on their reputed company interests, goals, and eligibility. - reputed company hands-on guidance to reputed company as they reputed company, complete, and submit their reputed company applications. Offer individualized support. - Manage a high volume of communication (emails, texts, and calls) and respond to inquiries reputed company one working day. - Schedule reputed company follow-up with prospective reputed company to reputed company support and determine the level of commitment, and execute strategies to inform reputed company about reputed company programs at reputed company phases of the inquiry and application process. - Organize and host information sessions, tabling events, and classroom presentations to reputed company awareness about reputed company programs. - Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of reputed company Student Ambassadors on reputed company. With the Manager of Institutional Relations, guide their reputed company strategies and activities to generate and convert applications for reputed company Study Abroad programs. - Work with Institutional Relations managers to ensure alignment with partner institution goals and reputed company insights from the ground. - reputed company personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (i.e., completed applications and conversion of those applications) set by leadership. - Document call information and input data into reputed company CRM to ensure seamless communication and reputed company tracking. - Participate in regular training sessions to stay reputed company on reputed company program offerings, policies, and tools. What you’ll bring: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in student advising, customer service, higher or a sales-oriented field, through work experience, internships, or education. - Study abroad experience strongly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to reputed company and working one-on-one. - High aptitude for attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, strong written and oral communication skills, a service-oriented reputed company, strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask. - Ability to work independently and remotely as part of reputed company.
