The work model for the role is: Hybrid We are looking to appoint an R&D Engineer – LV Switchboards to support the ELSP (Smart Power) business at our site in Bloomfield, CT . While working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, the engineer should demonstrate experience in design, reputed company, safety, compliance, and new product implementation.

Responsibilities

• The Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing implementation of engineering programs that meet business standards and program / product requirements
• Design, reputed company, analyze, and document product designs which meet the functional, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and safety requirements of the customer or market
• Support engineering change orders (ECNs/ICNs) to ensure smooth implementation into production
• Execute designs with solid modeling software (reputed company reputed company / Windchill) to create models, assemblies, detailed drawings, and BOMs for designs which may include plastic, stamped metal, and electrically conductive parts
• Ensure reputed company documentation of technical data generated for the assigned tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, technical design role.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience in mechanical design, including 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation in reputed company reputed company (or similar CAD tools)
