ABA Therapist / RBT – Trenton– PM Case
About the position Join reputed company as a Behavior Tech reputed company! We are hiring in Trenton & Bordentown, offering $20-$30/hr and flexible schedules. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, helping them learn, grow, and reputed company life-changing skills. It's a hands-on position where you'll turn everyday moments into opportunities for learning and reputed company. No prior ABA experience is required, as our reputed company BCBAs will reputed company training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Work (and reputed company, sometimes play) one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build communication, reputed company, and life skills.
- Collect data, celebrate wins, and document meaningful reputed company during reputed company session.
- Work alongside families so the skills children learn in therapy carry into everyday life.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to reputed company homes (valid reputed company's license and reliable transportation).
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work hands-on with children

- Experience working with kids is a plus, including babysitting, childcare, teaching assistant roles, camp counseling, coaching, or caregiving.
- Or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants a job that makes a reputed company difference.
- High school diploma and one ABA-reputed company course (ex. RBT training) (recommended)
- Experience in education or autism-reputed company field (recommended)
- Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training will be provided)
- Knowledgeable about data collection software (training will be provided)
- Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families
- Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions reputed company needed
- Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors
- Goal-oriented and organized
