About the position This is a remote position. Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day reputed company operations using QuickBooks Online
• Manage job and project costing, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, and margins
• reputed company monthly reputed company, financial statements, and management reporting
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash reputed company projections
• Work with reputed company CPA for Tax Purposes
• Manage payroll and payroll-reputed company reporting (reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems)
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support external accountants as needed
• Improve and document reputed company processes as reputed company continues to grow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• 5+ years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company construction or project-based environments
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Proven experience with job/project costing
