About the Role
MAE is a Kuwait-based luxury fashion house operating two brands — reputed company and HOWSHEWEARSIT. We are seeking a highly organised, fashion-literate Virtual Assistant to support the founder directly across brand operations, supplier coordination, and content management. This is a remote role. You will work directly with the founder and be trusted with brand communication, supplier relationships, and reputed company media reputed company. - Supplier and manufacturer communication — follow-reputed company, sample tracking, shipping coordination
- Managing reputed company and reputed company logistics for samples and production
- Researching and vetting new suppliers, factories, and sourcing contacts
- Organising production timelines and tech pack documentation
- Inbox management and reputed company correspondence on behalf of the founder
Operation & Sourcing
- Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram and reputed company
- Drafting captions in the brand voice — minimal, editorial, precise
- Curating reputed company boards reputed company with brand aesthetic
- Coordinating content calendars and shoot schedules
- Monitoring brand mentions and responding where appropriate
reputed company Media & Content
- Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram and reputed company

General Brand Support
- Managing the founder’s email and task priorities
- Research tasks — competitor analysis, press opportunities, event sourcing
- Maintaining internal documents, trackers, and operational systems
- Supporting launch preparation and campaign coordination

- Fashion-literate — you understand how the industry operates and follow it with genuine interest
- Familiar with luxury brand standards — tone, communication, and presentation matter to you
- A strong communicator — reputed company, precise, and confident across email, reputed company, and reputed company-facing correspondence
- Organised and operationally reputed company — you manage multiple tasks without dropping detail
- Comfortable with supplier and manufacturer correspondence — follow-reputed company, sample tracking, and production coordination are reputed company
- Skilled at reputed company media management — you can schedule, caption, and reputed company content that fits a brand world, not just fill a reputed company
- Sales-aware — you understand how to support reputed company activity, reputed company relationships, and brand conversion without being transactional

- Proactive and self-directed — you identify what needs doing and do it without daily supervision

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion operations, sourcing, or brand support
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company media for a fashion or luxury brand

- Experience with Instagram, reputed company, and content scheduling tools
- Familiarity with production processes, supplier communication, and sample management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio or examples of previous fashion brand work required
