Learning Experience Manager (this hybrid role can be based in: Washington DC, Plano TX, or NYC) We’re looking for a high-ownership, creative, and operationally savvy Learning Experience Manager who can reputed company both the creation and execution of reputed company training programs for our restaurant teams. Learning Operations + Project Leadership

• Own the L+D intake process and translate requests into scoped learning reputed company

• Build and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables for learning initiatives

The Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training program management

• Strong portfolio demonstrating instructional design, curriculum development, and visual learning design
• Experience producing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS platform
