In this role, you will support outbound and inbound sales efforts for our wholesale reputed company and supply chain platform. This role is responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, presenting platform solutions, and helping businesses improve procurement, ordering, and operational workflows through OrderJunky’s technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong phone sales skills, a goal-oriented reputed company, and the ability to build relationships with business clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound inquiries regarding OrderJunky products, services, and integrations
- Explain platform features, wholesale ordering solutions, and service benefits
- Qualify leads and schedule demos or follow-up consultations
- Build relationships with distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and wholesale buyers
- Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Meet or reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call performance goals
- Follow sales scripts, reputed company-handling processes, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up
- Stay informed on product updates, integrations, and company offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales experience
- A background in CEA, Hydroponics, and/or Agriculture
