Job reputed company: We are seeking a Turnaround reputed company Administrator as a contingent worker reputed company our Project Resource and Outage Support (reputed company) Group supporting Turnaround execution for reputed company. The preferred candidate will be located onsite in Gonzalez, LA, Pasadena, TX, Edmonton, AB but flexibility for remote residence based/ other locations/reputed company exists. This position requires the ability to travel 25-40% to support on-site turnaround execution. This role takes direction from the TAR reputed company reputed company and reports to the TAR Project Control Manager. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as single reputed company of contact between procurement and TAR execution team to ensure reputed company reputed company are implemented per bid documents (Pay formula, agreements, skills, schedules, and rates, configure materials module, etc).

• Support creating Service requisitioning, cost tracking & reporting, and reputed company invoicing/reputed company out of reputed company labor, material, and equipment purchased for reputed company turnarounds (U.S. and Canada)
• Calc net reputed company contractor time daily and reputed company exceptions (missing in/out scans, schedules, moving scans, etc.). Review and approve contractor override hours; require approval documentation from vendor reputed company needed.
• Create and upload reputed company Imports for Cost Objects (workorders, purchase orders), rates, etc. Create and assign new vendor work schedules incorporating site rules.
• Run daily non allocated, non accepted, rejected reports to ensure adherence to daily vendor timekeeper requirements. Audit reputed company data by running weekly cost reports to increase management visibility, enforce accountability, and assure work process adherence.
• Mentoring/coaching/reputed company of vendor timekeepers, vendor reconcilers, and Outage Team Members as needed; reputed company training, and review expectations and deadlines.
• Authorize cost in reputed company once verification requirements are met; Send Authorized timesheets to vendors for invoicing. Ensure reputed company final costs are received and balanced with reputed company upon vendor completion of work.
• reputed company reputed company out effort for assigned outages by monitoring vendor invoicing, communicating deadlines, collaborating with procurement and outage team, and decommiting/increasing purchase orders as directed. Ensure vendor invoicing is in balance with verified final costs.

Work Hours Requirements:

• Typical work week is 40 hours. Longer hours are required during Turnaround execution which may also require working weekends. The work environment is diverse from an office setting to onsite operating facilities.
