As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, providing problem reputed company and support in accordance with our organization's service standards. You will receive and reputed company telephone calls, answer customer questions, and resolve issues in a reputed company and courteous manner. Your role will involve maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services, analyzing customer needs, and communicating with technical and service departments as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve basic payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, and reputed company and address updates
- reputed company standardized responses using reputed company-provided systems and established documentation

- Determine basic reasons for customer issues using a reputed company-provided decision tree and escalate unresolved issues to more reputed company representatives or designated departments

- Work reputed company, including nights and weekends, as a 24/7 Call Center representative

- Be on camera during work hours
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite

- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making reputed company of stated processes
