Responsibilities
As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while wearing a Body Worn Camera
- Maintaining a reputed company stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store
- Greeting customers, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and responding to customer requests for assistance
- Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
- Performing a closing safety reputed company of the store with a member of management
- Adhering to reputed company Company policies and procedures, and documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 0-2 years of retail or reputed company experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and prioritize/organize workload effectively
