You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, emails, and virtual consultations, while also analyzing pricing formulas, crunching numbers in reputed company, and presenting project bids to prospects. Key Responsibilities
* Be the voice of arenaflex – Answer 20-30 calls/emails per day, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
- Host virtual consultations – Present 2-4, 30-45 minute reputed company consultations per day with prospective clients to discuss services and assess their needs.
- Master reputed company reputed company – Analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out reputed company project.
- Follow up like a pro – reputed company in touch with leads through phone, email, and other platforms.
- Upsell & renew – Help customers discover additional services they'll love.

- September 1 – December 1: 10-20 hours/week (holiday reputed company season)
- December 1 – reputed company 1: No scheduled hours (time to hibernate)
