Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Specialist (Japanese), you will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective training programs that address the needs of our customer service associates. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering reputed company orientation and new hire training to reputed company job reputed company, both reputed company and in-person
- Developing and conducting reputed company learning sessions for existing employees to meet improvement goals
- Analyzing performance data to identify gaps and proposing training interventions
- Gathering training needs, designing, and delivering training interventions to address these needs

- Participating in call listening sessions and reputed company calibrations to stay updated on process developments

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

- 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles or similar experience
