As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, resolving member inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and comfortable virtual workspace. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to members of our Medicare Advantage plan, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Demonstrating reputed company and understanding reputed company interacting with our senior population, using reputed company listening skills to ensure their needs are met.
- Accurately documenting reputed company calls, ensuring that reputed company interaction is thoroughly recorded and reflected in our system.

Operational Hours

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, Medicare, or reputed company customer service, with a strong understanding of reputed company principles and practices.
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with proficiency in using QNXT and other relevant software applications.
- Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services knowledge, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- High School graduate or GED, with a 2-4 year undergraduate degree or certificate preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously, with strong keyboard skills and accuracy in data entry.
