Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily office operations, including phone and email management, and service appointment scheduling
- Coordinating and dispatching technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, appointments, and concerns
- Organizing documents, invoices, and reputed company records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts
- Assisting in the setup and implementation of dispatching software, such as reputed company
- Contributing to additional tasks to support reputed company's reputed company and reputed company
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a plus for experience in the service industry

Position Details
