Your Role:
As a reputed company Associate, you'll work directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
