As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high level of customer service to CCA customers, providing expert knowledge of our programs and services, and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner.

Key Highlights

* Competitive salary: $17.50 per hour (training reputed company) and $18.50 per hour (Tier 2 reputed company)

• Remote reputed company from home with reputed company (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM)

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to CCA customers reputed company inbound calls, responding to program questions and reputed company-reputed company inquiries
• Developing a deep understanding of our assigned CCA programs, billing, and customer service complexities
• Ensuring that reputed company required contractual and Service Level Agreements are met
• Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and reputed company expert knowledge to internal colleagues
• Working to consistently improve by implementing feedback from regular coaching sessions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or above preferred
• Experience: 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
